1. Receive an approved purchase requisition to plan the supply of goods and services to meet the needs of the requesting party.
2. Record of receipt of purchase requisition and check the information in the purchase requisition to be complete and clear.
3. Liaise with buyers in the case of unclear information or incomplete
4. Negotiate and compare prices that has already been registered or procuring from new people who can supply products that meet the needs for information in purchasing and propose to Assistant Manager / Purchasing Manager.
5. Communication between the seller and the production department or the party requesting to buy in the event of a change in the purchase order, acknowledge and consider.
6. Follow up on delivery of goods from the seller on time. and notify the relevant agencies immediately if there is a change.
7. Store purchase requisitions and purchase orders as separate sets according to the project.

- Male and Female age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3-5 years in Project Buyer or Oversea buyer.
- Communicates well in English and prepare reports in English.
- Familiar in MS Office.
- Have the ability to solve immediate problems.
- Able to track the work to get the items within the specified time.
- Have negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of raw materials or products that need to be purchased.
- Experienced in cost control of office equipment Consumables Including cleaning supplies such as tea, coffee, various cleaning agents, etc.
- Support Director.
- Able to work on Saturday
