Reporting Analyst

**Job Description**:

- Assists Head of Department and Station Manager to provide feedback on performance and all reports related
- Assists Operational Improvement Manager to devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters
- Create standardized measurement tools to obtain relevant data from the organization’s data repositories for the purposes of data reporting and analysis
- Interpret, translate, and present analysis and modeling results in a business context and provide commercially actionable business opportunities
- Implement reports and dashboards, as required, including designing and creating tools such as templates and diagnosing performance issues.
- Provide analysis to enable fact-based decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field with related working experience in reporting analysis, data analysis in services industries
- Prefer 1- 2 years of experience in dashboards, and reports and familiar with google suit
- Knowledge and skills in analytical and presentation with clear communication in both English and Thai
- Innovative thinker who drives self and others in the development and implementation of new ideas
- Pleasant, friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- Proficient in oral and written English and Thai.
- Able to travel as per request
- New graduates welcome
