- Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing IT, cyber, data, and IT compliance risks to the company.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for managing IT, cyber, data, and compliance risks.
- Monitoring and reporting on IT, cyber, and data risk management activities.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure IT, cyber and data risks are considered in decision-making.
- Managing third-party IT vendor relationships ensures vendor risks are appropriately identified, assessed, and organized.
- Staying current with industry developments and emerging risks in the cryptocurrency space.
- Ensuring IT operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Responding to and recovering from IT, cyber, data, and compliance incidents.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in IT and cyber risk management.
- Strong knowledge of IT and cyber risk management frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in either the financial or the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of security technologies and trends.
- Certifications in IT and cyber risk management (CISM, CRISC, etc.) are a plus.
