**ตำแหน่งตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโรงเรียน School Manager**

**Job brief**:
Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations to foster a healthy learning environment for our students.

**Responsibilities**School Design and operations**- Develop vision and strategy for school (in collaborate with Board Team)- Monitor all aspects of the school’s day to day functioning and make progress towards the school vision, achieving better results with every passing year- Collaborate with the Finance and Marketing Team and optimize the school budgets to best equip the team- Handle emergencies and school crises**Quality Assurance and Team management**- Select effective curriculum suitable for school’s market segments- Design syllabus, lesson plans and develop teaching materials in a whole picture- Recruit and manage teachers and education support personnel (in collaborate with Board Team)- Review progress of each teaching staff member quarterly, and report teacher performance to Board Team- Present data from school performance to board members

**Requirements and skills**Overall work experience of 3+ years, with success in leading member teams- Proficient in project management- Ability to lead a team independently and deliver strong results- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations- Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems- Very good command in English- Great presentation and communication skills
- Degree in Education /Liberal Arts/ Management/ Human Resource Management ; Master’s degree is a plus

**Preferred**:
Experience in coaching and development of teachers, A teaching license

Exceptional performance as a teacher for 3-4 years
