**Job Purpose**:
- Accountable to manage the team for strategic planning both raw materials and production scheduling, warehouse management for best case scenario of demand / supply management from the point sales to delivery at Gyproc and Weber factories.
- Accountable to manage the team to achieve target KPI’s of Inventory, WCM, OTIF, both internal and external customers’ satisfactions.
- Accountable to manage S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning Process) and Challenging on Forecast Accuracy management.
- Perform all analysis scenarios for cost / cash benefit to support right decision making
- Partner with factory team and other function leaders in collaboration and driving all deliverable in-line with company’s strategies
- Ensure effectiveness on successor and talent planning for all key positions
- Be an agent of excellence operation, cost effectiveness and process improvement.
- Be a strategic and positive solution provider
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Manage and support the team for the smooth daily operating from demand to supply and delivery. Ensure team’s deliverable is timely and proactively support the team for the daily smooth operation.
- Leading S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning Process) and challenging on forecast accuracy management.
- Manage scheduling of raw material and production to maximize operation performance and deliver in line with company strategy.
- Manage Streamline methodology in accordance with the company's strategic driving.
- Develop, monitoring and improve reports to support decision making and daily follow up and driving.
- Leading team to develop cost/ cash benefit scenarios preparation for decision making with its tradeoff (PRO/ CON), impact value and benefit with effective action/ execution plans.
- Driving proactively and timely escalation environment, ensure proper escalation process is in place. Keep management informed, suggestion and recommendation of solution for all current or potential problems for risks management.
- Manage and drive team and related functions on Inventory, slow moving Management, and warehouse management for best working capital scenario case with justified its tradeoff.
- Minimum Cost Leakage Management (unexpected air freight, damage/ error due to improper processes/ systems / human errors, unplanned, not optimized plan, etc.).
- Ensure all team are fully briefed, counseled, train and developed to meet all department and group objectives, specifically in line with the WCM program.
- Lead CSI improvement under WCM program with related functions through effective production and logistic scheduling.
- Ensure EHS & company policy/procedures are fully aware and implement in department.
- Other project/ tasks as assigned by line manager.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor or master’s degree in any fields with knowledge that can be applied or plug and play to the position with criteria of work scope and responsibility and requirement of qualification
- At least 5 years of proven record in planning, warehousing, supply chain Management. At least 2 years in manager level
- Good communication skills on both spoken and written in both English and Thai.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Operating system, Internet/Tools as well as presentation tools.- Knowledge and management covered areas of Supply Chain and warehouse Management.-
- Analytical, Demand and Supply Planning and Inventory Management skills, Project Management, New initiatives driven skills, Change Management and Conflict Management skills.-
- Leadership ability, self-motivated with good teamwork spirit, ability to coach and develop a new talent/ successor.-
- Self-initiative, proactive, well organize and good prioritized the work tasks.-
- Always work as a problem solving and solution provider-
