Assistant Manager

**Job description**
**Key Deliverables and Responsibilities**:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Handle full loop of recruitment and selection process (sourcing, screening, manage interview, offering and employment contract preparing with sign).
- Establish recruiting requirements and regulations that match the company’s dynamic business by studying organization plans and objectives as well as meeting with managers to discuss needs. Work closely with CEO.
- Establish and implement sourcing strategy by continuously contacting and building rapport with suitable recruitment channels ex. universities, employment agencies, recruitment websites, etc.
- Assist and give advice in interviewing and selection. Able to give training, provide coaching, and counselling to interviewers.
- Support yearly manpower planning and execution.
- Handle insurance in the group company such as industrial insurance, Public liability, Transit inland, travel insurance, Benefits, Uniform, Birthday gift, Company trip, Organizing Annual medical Check-up Program, Team Building, Staff party.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Have knowledge and skills related to labor law and other laws related to employees.
- Support and planning for accordance with the company certificates such as Fair for Life, Naturland Fair, Sedex, BRC, Social Standard etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related.
- Experience in Human resource management HRM and HRD at least 5 years.
- Language: English and Thai, spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong in Thai labor law.
- Able to use Business Plus payroll program.
- High responsibility, Communicate, problem-solving skills, leadership skill, Working under pressure.
