HR Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our reputable hotel. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will involve managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations within the hotel, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and facilitate training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping of personnel data.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including employee performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organize and facilitate employee recognition programs and events to promote a positive work culture
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in using HR software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
