- 1.Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders sometime bartender busy.- 2.Assist bartender with various tasks such as, cut and continuously replenish fruit trays- 3.Monitoring stations and restocking napkins, coasters, and straws- 4.Washing and restocking glassware and mixing tools- 5.Assist guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin,- taste, and preparation methods- 6.Removing used glassware are other utensils from customers’ counter bar during their stay.- 7.Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.- 8.Become knowledgeable of the operation of the cash and comp procedures- 9.Sweeping and mopping in and around bar service areas and customer common areas- 10.Cleaning the Bar.- 11.Help to bartender for set up Bar.- 12.Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas.- 13.Completes necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all liquor, juices,- glassware, paper, wines, cut fruit- 14.Ensure Bartenders have adequate glassware, garnishes, beverages, and supplies at all time- 15.Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly.- คุณสมบัติ
- อายุ 20-35 ปี
- ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 0-1 ปี
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ บุคลิกภาพดี อดทน มีไหวพริบดี
- มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ชอบการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
