Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Spa Manager to lead our spa team. As the Spa Manager will report directly to our General Manager. This person will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring impeccable service quality, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Oversee spa staff scheduling and training.
- Maintain and enhance the spa's reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and have a memorable spa experience.
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Implement guest-centric initiatives to enhance the overall spa experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment.
- Implement and oversee staff training on safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure or Spa management.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in larger operation.
- Must be certified as a Spa Manager by Thai Ministry of Health (Valid Certificate is required)
- Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spa software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
