- Performing strategic sourcing to align with supplier identification, evaluation, selection, performance management, supply base rightsizing, and executive supplier interface management of single/sole source relationships.
- Contracting development and negotiation - proven ability to execute the entire negotiation process for a project.
- Effectively handling leverages all resources (time, information, buyer/seller position, communication/ memorandum drafting skill) to achieve outstanding results.
- Being the project leader for key cost reduction programs. Programs could include source changes and supplier relocation.
- Supporting New Product Development activities by communicating and documenting sourcing requirements including supplier selection, supply chain resiliency plans, cost considerations, supply agreements, tooling expenditures, and lead time.
- Ensuring the deployment of the Preferred Supply Strategy by implementing the Early Sourcing Working Plan through the new product development projects to align with the global & regional category strategy.
- Coordinating and working with category management teams, materials, operations, engineering, finance, quality, and aftermarket to complete project goals and expected tasks/deliverables within the project timeline.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- Experience over 5 years in Procurement, Commodity, and Category roles.
- Proficient knowledge of supplier management including supplier selection/approval, contingency planning, industry trends, and short to long-term strategy development.
- Background from HVAC, automotive, and electronics manufacturing industries.
- Good English communication.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, active, and dynamic.
