Our client is a global food ingredients manufacturer, supplying to both the industrial and food service channels.

The Senior Buyer is an individual contributor role supporting our clients’ Thailand Manufacturing sites responsible for sourcing primary and secondary suppliers for raw materials, commodities and food ingredients. This role will require hands-on experience in developing and implementing sourcing/purchasing strategies, working closely with the global category team in order to develop and implement the sourcing model for long-term strategic sourcing and sustainable supply.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualified in either a Business Administrative or Food Science related field.
- Experience in a buyer/ sourcing or purchasing-related function from within the food B2B industry.
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP and HALAL certifications will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Strategic thinking, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
