Responsibilities
- Develop market leading flower and ornamental varieties for target markets around the globe
- Organize research trials
- Oversee sowing, transplanting and note taking on assigned crops
- Work with Breeding Director and Product Managers on developing project specifications and goals.
- Organize and implement research targets into breeding programs.

**Qualifications**:

- MS or PhD in Horticultural, Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Plant Biology or Genetics
- Strong computer, organizational and analytic skills
- Able to work with local and international product development team
- Enthusiastic about plants
- Willingness to travel internationally
- English speaking, reading and writing a plus
- Must have Thai nationality
- Ability to relocate to Chiang Mai
