Logistics Billing Admin

Our client is a large global company committed to the development of electrical engineering. Automation technology and digital management.
**Responsibilities**
- Interacting with third-party logistics service providers, AP department regarding receiving logistics invoices, hand over logistics invoices to AP department, perform recording and reporting of invoices receiving, communicating with commercial team to get cost for performing cost booking, following up the status of invoices to have payment released to logistics vendor within a timely manner.
- Checking the accuracy of logistics invoices with supporting documents by performing checking official tax receipts as part of logistics invoices.
- Performing cost allocation and cost booking of logistics invoices into the system as daily activities.
- Updating logistics invoice status with providing payment advice to logistics vendor.
- Being able to understand basic accounting documents and basic financial concepts (Costing, Revenue, Profit, Credit, Debit, VAT concept reporting to revenue department).
- Communicating with Business Unit and third-party logistics service providers for finding the root cause and find a solution for each case.
- Recording/Reporting of invoice receiving, cost booking history, providing supporting information to the business unit when required.
- Ensuring all invoices received can be booked and release payments in time.
- Preparing weekly or monthly reports regarding your task responsibility.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Qualification**
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator / Administrative experience or similar role, preferably in the procurement and/or transportation industry: freight forwarding, supply chain management, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Logistics or relevant field.
- Able to work independent and eager to learn new things.
- Self-learner and logical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills in verbal and writing.
- Mathematics, analysis and track and trace skills are required.
- Can work multitasks and able to prioritize and execute many assignments in a quick and efficient manner.
- Good computer skills - demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, intermediate level in Excel required.
