Retool Developer

We are looking for a talented **Retool Developer with experience in PostgreSQL**, a solid grasp of business processes (administration, accounting, marketing, recruitment, etc.), and the ability to create impactful solutions using Retool's low-code platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Application Development:_
- Leverage JavaScript fundamentals and basic coding to enhance Retool functionality.
- Develop data-driven solutions using SQL and Retool Flows.
- Database Management:_
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, write efficient queries, and ensure data security and performance.
- Business Process Understanding:_
- Integration & Automation:_
- Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, LINE, QuickBooks, and Slack using APIs.
- Automate repetitive processes and create scalable, efficient workflows.
- Testing, Debugging, & Deployment:_

**Qualifications and Skills**
- _**Liquibase Knowledge**_: Proficiency in Liquibase, an open-source database schema management tool, including experience with version control for database changes, automating schema updates, and maintaining consistency in multi-developer environments. Familiarity with commands, changelogs, and CI/CD integration is a plus.
- _**Basic Technical Skills**:_JavaScript: Foundational understanding to enhance Retool’s functionality.REST APIs: Knowledge of working with APIs to integrate various services.SQL: Ability to create and optimize queries for PostgreSQL or similar databases.
- _**Business Acumen**:_Familiarity with business operations and the ability to transform needs into effective technical solutions.
- _**Soft Skills**_: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
