**Job description**:
**Mission Description**:

- Lead and manage IT projects related to the AS400 platform from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, specifically for AS400-related projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and incorporate lessons learned into future project planning.

**Profile Requirements**:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a focus on AS400 platform projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry best practices and trends.
