**Industry**:
Manufacturing(Automotive)- To management and control all of Production department
- Involve with executives in business strategy and manage the company budget.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize factory performance & manufacturing operations to ensure effective resources allocation are provided and proper solutions are given.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth daily operation processes and improve the quality of products.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers and suppliers
- Support all activities of ISO or any company standards and systems.
- To control subordinate and report to MD

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Male only, age not over 45 years old up.
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years experience in Production is preferred.
- At least 5 years in Management level, automotive manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong Management and Problem Solving Skill.
- Good Communication and Presentation skills.
- Good command in Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of quality system ISO/TS 16949, ISO9000, and ISO 14001.**English Level**:
