- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 8 - 10 ปี- ชลบุรี- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Establish processes and procedures for maintaining high standards of quality & HSE.
- Determine and enforce, through functional groups, quality, and safety requirements in accordance with company needs, customer requirements and applicable regulations.
- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solution to enhance efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant construction drawings, applicable specifications, work codes and safety manual
- Ensure all welding/inspection equipment is within calibration requirements
- Perform inspection checks and verify correctness of results.
- Ensure all inspection requirements are completed prior to issue/signing of release note for production or contractors.
- Conduct and record welding parameters during test welding procedural qualification, witness laboratory test, conduct WQT, compile test reports, check correctness of updated WPS/PQR/WQTR register.
- Ensure all Advice Notes/Non-Conformances are reported and recorded to facilitate corrective and preventive actions
- Liaise with Dimension Controller and Inspection Data Input to carry out dimensional check and suitably keep data record respectively
- Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.
- Direct staff in development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back up for absent employees and shift rotations.
- Organize and promote company-wide quality improvement efforts.
- Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control quality, safety and reliability.
- Establish and meet program/program/project objectives.
- Identify and ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to programs/projects to ensure the company goals for the successful completion is achieved and the customer’s needs are meet.
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedure.
- Establish staff goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
- Ability to direct, participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
- Monitor and advise employer to follow up Health safety and environmental standards legislative as per requirement by Thai Laws.
- Analyze job’s hazard identified. Including provided countermeasure or job instruction present to employer.
- Conduct risk assessment.
- Ensure that all employees follow up HSE standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Age preferable 35-48 years old
- Bachelor's degree or above or other related experience as agreed upon
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer Literate and MS Office
- TOEIC (min)700+
