**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

**Logistics and Distribution**: Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

**Store Operations**: Supervise retail store operations, including staffing, merchandising, customer service, and sales performance.

**E-commerce Operations**: Manage online sales platforms, website operations, and fulfillment processes to support e-commerce initiatives.

**Process Improvement**: Continuously analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

**Budgeting and Cost Control**: Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

**Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and implement measures to mitigate operational risks.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a diverse team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

**การศึกษา**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, MBA is preference
