Summary
- Assists to ensure that culinary activities are aligned with the re-opening and positioning Strategy of the Outlet, and that the launch plan have been implemented.
- Work with Executive Chef, consultant and Food and Beverage to design, finalise and implement menu, including relevant food trials
- Ensures that all guest contact culinary employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
- Assists the Executive Chef to source for Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.
- Plans or participates in planning menus and utilisation of food surpluses and leftovers, taking into account probable number of guests, market conditions, popularity of various dishes and frequency of menu.
- Oversees and assists in the recruitment and selection of all Food and Beverage employees. Adheres to hotel guidelines when recruiting and uses a competency-based approach to selecting employees.
- Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.

**Qualifications**:
t Preferably, qualification from a culinary school.

t 3+ years of experience in a similar position with tangible expertise in Tapas

t A outgoing personality who loves to talk and interact with both guest and colleagues.

t In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.

t Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers.

t Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.

t Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

t Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety.

t Experience managing inventories and stocktaking.

t Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on holidays.
