**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Gather business requirement from business users.
- Map the business processes and write technical specification for Developer, DevOps, System Engineer
- Participate in identifying, creating, and monitoring current process metrics, process mapping, and if/then analysis on proposed process changes.
- Creates project documentation, including functional, technical and conceptual design specifications, requirements/due diligence, use-cases, testing scenarios, process flow charts etc.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 1 year of work experiences as Business Analyst
- Strong experience as Business Analyst of software development
- Having technical background in modernized technology include microservice, container, cloud
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Able to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Good command of English communication

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Technical skill : Business analysis, Background in programming language (Any but prefer Java), Knowledge in container platform and Public Cloud hyperscaler
