**Job Description**:
- Organize scrum of scrum meetings and lead multiple cross-functional scrum teams through the Product Development Process from initiation to release for cross-product initiatives- Leverage agile ceremonies to drive prioritization and planning and make adjustments to increase scrum team productivity, agility and velocity- Act as a liaison and primary point of contact between the scrum team(s) and product management, product development and other stakeholder teams- Leverage technical and organizational knowledge to anticipate, avoid, remove or overcome distractions and barriers that impede or slow scrum team progress- Create an environment of collaborative cooperation and consensus within the scrum team(s) and across other stakeholders through strong communication and conflict resolution- Drive continuous improvement for key metrics through proactive and predictive analytics using historical data to identify, anticipate and recommend risk mitigation strategies to leadership- Model and influence adoption of agile methodologies, tools and best practices that support the Product Development Process through stakeholder awareness and education- Identify and lead process improvement opportunities at a team, department or organization level- Mentor and coach other scrum masters and development teams to grow enterprise capabilities for planning, organizing and managing effectively, and making decisions- Manage and track the capitalization, budget and financial aspects to related to all initiatives at Product or Product Group level

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience; or Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience; or 8 years of equivalent work-related experience- Solves complex problems; identifies new solutions using a broad perspective and understanding- Works on significant and unique projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles- Impacts department’s service level and ability to meet objectives- Translates functional vision into plans and guides their execution- Recognized within the organization as a functional expert with specialized depth and/or breadth of knowledge- Works independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations- Leads large scale projects with substantial resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity- May lead a project team with influence over contribution of others- Fluent English communication (high level of proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders)

These technical qualifications would be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Scrum Master position:
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies: The Scrum Master should have a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as specific knowledge of the Scrum framework.- Software development knowledge: While not necessarily being a developer, a Scrum Master should possess a general understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and technologies relevant to your organization's projects. This helps in better supporting the team and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.- Tools and technologies: Familiarity with common software development tools, such as project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams), can be valuable for a Scrum Master in facilitating efficient communication and workflow management.- Quality assurance and testing: Understanding the basics of quality assurance processes, software testing methodologies, and test-driven development (TDD) can help a Scrum Master support the team in maintaining product quality and addressing testing-related challenges.- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts: Awareness of CI/CD principles and the ability to coordinate with DevOps teams can be beneficial for a Scrum Master in ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes.
