**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Management Team, the intern will learn to adapt into restaurant and/or bar service setting. The position offers hands on experience in welcoming, servicing and delivering engaged dining experience. You will need to be a guest driven and an extremely proactive person, with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Get a daily briefing about operations to effectively offer dining experiences
- Be knowledgeable about outlet menus
- Open and close outlets assigned
- Prepare areas of service
- Welcome and seat guests
- Follow outlet sequence of service
- Engage and assist any guest queries
- Support any other Food & Beverage department task

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to adapt to a range of different work situations
- Both an independent worker and a team player
