Cfo (Ipo)

Our client is looking for a CFO with IPO experience to join a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with executive management to conduct comprehensive business and financial analyses, contributing to critical decision-making processes.
- Designing and implementing robust financial and accounting systems, procedures, and processes to ensure the accurate and timely availability of data.
- Supervising financial planning and accounting functions to enhance performance and uphold system efficiency.
- Offering strategic recommendations and support to business leaders based on financial insights.
- Monitoring and maintaining appropriate cash flow levels while staying abreast of developments in financial instruments.
- Formulating investment strategies, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and assessing capital structures for optimal financial management.
- Cultivating and fortifying relationships with banks and other financial institutions to bolster business support.
- Coordinating with relevant departments, including investor relations, auditors, and external consultants, to address financial matters.
- Ensuring continuous improvement within the finance and accounting teams, providing coaching for subordinates to foster their career development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance Management related.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience at the managerial level.
- Experience in IPO is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Thai company rules and regulations.
- proficiency in both Thai & English.
- Strong People management skills.
