Job Requirements

**Job Description**:
This position is required to support product team according to product and sales illustration development.

**Roles Purpose**:

- Be the PD product owner
- Engaging in market / product research (if any)
- Working closely with Head of Product and Channel in developing PD product strategy and product development priority
- Leading the product management and development of PD products (Group Credit Life, OL - F2F, Telesales, Group EB and Digital products,
- Working closely with Product Management Steering Committee (PMC) and Project Manager (PMO), as well as representing Product department as a member of Product Implementation Team (PDIT) team to ensure the successful launch of all PD products
- Liaising with Project Manager in development and implementation of relevant systems (Core System, Sales Illustration System) as well as other aspects of product development
- Leading the preparation of PMC’s minutes of meeting document and Sales Illustration template which are required for OIC filing for AY to get product approval
- Working with IT/BA & PMO on PD Sales Illustration system development such as providing Sales Illustration template, product content (if the system required) as well as UAT Sales Illustration and quotation to ensure correctness of the product features and complying with regulatory requirement.
- Together with PMO in working with relevant distribution channels (Partnership Distribution) on providing high level PD product launch plan
- Working with relevant departments such as Marketing and Channels for customer segmentation and product proposition
- Working with Channel, AY for Evaluation form, Competitor Analysis, Product Concept, draft & finalize Product Features
- Work closely with AY to provide indicative premium, indicative commission, profit testing to ensure the product meet financial target and customer proposition
- Working with Channel to prepare Product Proposal for RO/HO approval
- Working closely with AY, PDIT in reviewing Product Spec, Policy contract and Sales illustration
- Working with Legal for Application Process of Product Naming approval,
- Working with Training on product training slides to ensure that the contents are correct, complete, and comply with relevant Legal/Compliance requirement.
- Leading product training by providing Train the Trainer and CCC
- Working with relevant departments such as Marketing, Channel Support in preparing sales and marketing materials (Brochure, Sales Kits, Website, Press Release, etc. and together with Legal, Compliance, UW, POS, Claims, AY in reviewing the said materials to ensure the proper messages and correct product features
- Leading on preparing and finalizing Product Announcements, working with relevant departments on reviewing (such as Legal, AY, UW, Claims, Channel), including launching the announcement in the timely manner.
- Working with Channels, AY and PDIT for PD Product Campaign (if any) to support product launch, increasing sales

Work Experience

Work Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum Experience: 7-10 years in life insurance business and Product Development / Product Marketing. Minimum 5-7 years experienced in leading product development team.
- Basic knowledge: Insurance business. Product knowledge - Group Credit Life, OL - F2F, Telesales, Group EB and Digital products. Marketing knowledge, analytical skill, detail oriented, able to handle multi-tasking and experienced in leading the product development team
- Good Computer skill
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both Thai & English - verbal, writing and presentation skills
- Proactive and Positive thinking
- Direct experienced in Bancassurance or Partnership product development (Group Credit Life, OL - F2F, Telesales, Group EB and Digital products) is a plus
