Your future team

AIG A&H Claims Services team looks after the incoming claim documents from various range of insurance customers and act as the department’s first point of contact.

Key Accountabilities:

- Conducting initial screening of incoming claim documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Liaising with customers and ensuring the documents are complete.
- Data entry & document preparation.
- Liaising with claim adjuster to consider claim case.
- Ensuring the customer is kept up to date on the process status.
- Providing excellent customers and completing work within set SLAs.

- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks during busy times.
- Team player.
- Good verbal and written English language skills.
- Service minded person with good interpersonal skills who can build strong relationship with customers and stakeholders.
