- ต้อนรับแขกและให้ความช่วยเหลือตามความจำเป็น
- จัดการการจอง การใช้งานห้อง และดูแลบริเวณรอบสำนักงาน
- ดูแลความสะอาดให้ระเบียบ บริเวณแผนกต้อนรับ และที่นั่งแขก
- ช่วยเหลือแขกในเรื่องสัมภาระ และบริการเจ้าหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ
- รับสายโทรศัพท์และตอบอีเมลอย่างมืออาชีพ
- ทำงานด้านธุรการ

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- มีประสบการณ์เป็นพนักงานต้อนรับในโรงแรม หรือตำแหน่งใกล้เคียงมาก่อน
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีอัธยาศัยดีและเป็นมิตร
- ทักษะลูกค้าสัมพันธ์
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including the reception desk, guest seating areas, and display of promotional materials.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparation of reports.

**Qualification**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent in a hotel or similar hospitality setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Thai and English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
