**Location: Bangkok - Central (Hybrid)**

JAC Recruitment is helping a leading fintech company find potential Backend Team Lead (Golang) to help develop a digital asset related platform and manage the team of fast-growing and dynamic backend developers

**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal systems and services that meet business and technical requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams and with third parties to find best practices
Participating in code reviews, write automated tests to maintain fintech products for internal / external users
Troubleshoot and debug to ensure the performance of the system.
Update new technology and adapt to the existing / new products

**Experiences**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.
4+ years with Golang. Practical experience in other backend development languages to develop API and microservices.
Proven experience leading development projects (fintech / blockchain is preferable).
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with previous experience in leading
- Proficient in Thai and Good in English
