Travellers can complete their travel plans with door-to-door transfers by selecting the transfer they want, based on vehicle type and price, and enjoy peace of mind on the first and last mile of their journeys.

With coverage in 150+ countries and 1.500+ airports and more than 5.000 transfer companies in the network Transferz is truly global. We have the ambition to become the market leader in ground transportation worldwide and therefore, we are looking for a Destination Manager to join our team

As a **Destination Manager**, you’ll be part of the Supply team within the global Operations department. This department is responsible for the global supply chain of Transferz: managing and contracting local transfer companies and their drivers. You will manage a portfolio of destinations within a specific Asian region. For each destination in your portfolio, you are responsible for the coverage (product offering and capacity), quality (CS contacts, NPS, reviews) and financial performance (pricing, procurement, and margin).

**Responsibilities**:

- Building strong, sustainable relationships with local transfer companies in your destination
- Analyze the daily operations (ride volumes, quality performance, capacity planning, price configurations) and act on the operational data behind your KPIs accordingly
- Commercially: negotiate contracts, compile and analyze operational data

**Qualifications**
- Studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience;
- A problem solving, getting things done attitude
- Commercially savvy, you see opportunities and like to negotiate your way into long-term account relationships
- Mastering an additional (or multiple) languages is a strong pre
