**Location**: Contract | Hybrid | Thailand

We are looking for a Careline Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

**Who we're looking for**
- Minimum Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
- Licence and registered clinical psychologist
- Minimum 1-year experience in counselling/mental health sector
- Able to speak Thai fluently

**What you’ll be doing**
- Answering calls for emotional support.
- Assessing clients through detailed conversations, exploration, and observations to determine the appropriate intervention.
- Assisting clients with coping strategies.
- Keeping confidential records.
- Building relationships based on trust and respect with clients.
- Liaising with Naluri Careline Admin to ensure continuity of care when necessary.
- Supporting and handling crisis cases.
- Ability to work in a shift schedule.
