- **Processing import and export shipments as per Shipping Instruction**:

- **Ensure a smooth booking, documentation, and invoicing process**:

- **Preparing shipping documents (Bill of lading, Invoice, PO, P/L, COA, etc.).**:

- **Act as the center point of contact with customers for the booking process, document confirmation/correction, and related clarifications (including amendments)**:

- **Verifying the job is priced correctly upon sending the booking confirmation**:

- **Provide feedback on shipment and process improvement to Supervisor or directly to Department Head**:

- **Work closely with other departments to support the booking process and expand more business**

- **Able to work with multi-tasks simultaneously and under pressure**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills good coordination Good Relations and Service Mind**:

- **Good Command of reading and writing English**:

- **High responsible and willing to learn**:

- **Having Service Minded active, analytical thinking, and Negotiation Character**:
