**_Major Responsibilities_**

**Job Description**:

- Gather and summarize information to supportin development of procurement action plan orstrategy
- Gather data and conduct analysis on internalfactors such as spend and customerrequirements, as well as external such asindustry and market dynamics, andproducts/services trends
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers/contractors to participate in sourcing/procurement activities.
- Complete procurement/ sourcing activitiesaccording to plan/ users' requirements and lookfor opportunities to automate procurement.
- Analyze and provide sourcing summaryregarding to feedback from internal customerfor continuous improvement.
- Analyze, screen and provide scenario analysisregarding to final suppliers/ contractorsselections and Perform fact based negotiationwith suppliers
- Manage and maintain good relationships withexisting suppliers
- Develop contracts/ agreements in effectivecondition. Provided contract deviation list andco-ordinate to related parties to reviewcontracts/agreements.
- Manage and monitor the contract compliancewith user and supplier/contractor
- Provide advice/ recommendation according topractices, procedures, manuals, guidelines andpolicy to related parties
- Create related documents/ catalogs/ vendorlists include contracts in system together withanalyze, prepare and present analytical reportsand address issues
- Review and analyze existing processes,procedures, standards and technology andprovide options for improvement
- Other job assignment

**Work Experience**
- 0-5 years in procurement or related fields.
- Good in English both verbal and written.

**Education**

Degree : Bachelor/Master degree Field : Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or other relevantfields

(Chemical Engineering background is preferable)
