- 1.Ensure accounting records are in compliance with policies, approved accounting standards
- 2.Ensure accounting transactions and financial records are maintained timely and accurately
- 3. Process and verify daily accounts payable transactions
- 4. Monthly reconciliation of payable accounts, accrued, prepaid expenses updating and reconciling the subsidiary ledger to the general ledger
- 5. Prepare and submit Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax, Special Business Tax and others including reconcile with the General Ledger
- 6. Prepare monthly closing accounts including GL journal entries
- 7. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- 8. Ensure integrity of the balance sheet, all provisions are supported by analysis and accounts are reconciled monthly
- 9. Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.

- 1. Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 27 years old up.
- 2. Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- 3. Minimum 4 years relevant working experience
- 4. Minimum 4 years relevant working experience- 6. Understand Thai laws and local tax policies
- 7. Needs to be a quick learner, have positive thinking, be active, self-motivated and flexible
