- esponsible for the daily management of the facilities’ engineering and maintenance; carry out continuous improvement and target achievement in safety, quality, service, cost, and capacity improvement together with the team. P
- rojects’ Management : I
- nitiation or expansion of production and other projects with large investment: according to the development needs of the company, cooperate with other units and departments to complete various large-scale engineering projects delivered by leaders on time and with good quality. I
- mprovement projects: According to the production requirements, complete the technical renovation projects delivered by the leader, and support the improvement of the production process. M
- onitor progress and performance against the project plan; Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. This may include preparing engineering standards, designs, and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. C
- onduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. B
- e responsible for the safety management, to make sure the site / facility be following the national, local governments and SW's requirements. Maintain good communication with SAWS to implement group HSE policy to ensure the site / facility practices meet the group HSE strategy. T
- o overall supervise the running of EHS system, to improve HSE system by develop training, coaching and supervision programs. G
- ood communication with local government related depts to ensure site / facility smooth operation.

**DUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: R**
- equired：bachelor’s degree or above P
- referred：Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering major, English proficiency is preferred. R
- equired：Experience in chemical industry EHS management, small site / facility. R
- equired: Strong communication skills, proficient in windows office software, understand the basic functions of excel. P
- referred: English reading and writing ability. K
