Overview:
**Position Summary**:
Develop & manage the accuracy of the inventory in the Distribution Center(s) by developing & ensuring timely management of the cycle count program (materials ranging from raw materials to Finished Goods).

This includes regular cycle counts, research, reconciliation and management reporting, as well as, recommendations for improving inventory processes to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Develop, implement & support the Distribution Center process. Improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations that meets industry set standard.

Publishes the various monthly management reports, administrating in-house program and other duties to assist the department manager in the Distribution Center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Weekly management of Cycle Counts: includes processing count sheets, input of counts, reconciliation of variances, analyzing processes, problem solving and publishing reports. Synchronize various databases.
- Publishes the monthly Discrepant Inventory Report, DEA report etc. Verifies all documentation are processed according to procedures. Maintains issue logs. Researches/resolves discrepancies, cleans up reports. Identifies causes of discrepancy and implements/suggests improvements as appropriate.
- Owner & update of Distribution Center QMS process & assists in updating SOX documentation quarterly. May provide information/training on work instructions
- Develop, implement & support the Distribution Operations process. Will be heavily involved project relating to DC Operations
- Keep track of the Distribution KPI & work with DC leaders to ensure that targets are met
- Manage the Operations engagement with the Transportation company to ensure on time deliveries of products
- May perform and record excepted and limited quantity package testing. May collect, separate, document hazardous waste generated by facility and arrange for disposition of damages, obsolete or expired products.

Qualifications:

- PC skills with knowledge of ERP system (SAP, Baan); strong excel skill
- Experience more than 3 years in Logistics environment in a related industry, with emphasis in logistics Operations & Inventory control, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in related systems and tools helpful.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
