**This position is working under Thai AirAsia X**
- Ensure that the post-holders provide suitable and appropriate briefings to their staff about quality assurance and how it works.
- Make sure that the training records of the company auditor, including the qualification and evaluation processes, are consistent with standards and requirements.
- Assist the Compliance Monitoring Manager in developing and maintaining a quality system by ISO, IOSA, TCO, and CASA Frameworks.
- Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager in preparing the compliance monitoring, audit plan, and checklist.
- Perform the audits activity.
- Scrutinize remedial actions for audit findings and concerns.
- Negotiate a time frame to complete remedial actions, and prepare audit reports.
- Follow up on the audit finding and observations of internal and external audit.
- Investigate incidents or concerns assigned by the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
- Monitor auditor Training record and conduct the training year plan.
- Assure that audits are completed according to the OQA Yearly Audit Program and that all action plans are monitored and completed within the agreed time frame.
- Conduct audits and other duties as and when required by the senior QAM.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Aero-Engineering, Aircraft Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in working as an Airline QA auditor.
- Having certificates and training in aviation internal auditing.
- Excellent command in English
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Can work under pressure and fast-pace environment.
