**The Role**

**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver visual concepts/ themes to create an eye-catching tone/ mood to promote brand store by using artistic skill or visual discovery engine like freepik, pinterest.
- Analyzing big campaign merchandising performance to enhance clients’ store performance
- Create merchandising plan strategy for client in big campaign
- Align creative production process with GD and KAM teams
- Attention to detail, consistently following brand value and identity on all design materials
- Build strong relationships with the client and platform and able to give consultation for clients in terms of content and merchandising strategy
- Ensure all account/store KPI are met

**Requirement**:

- At least 1 year experience in the similar role.
- Having experience in Campaign Marketing/ Promotion/ Online Marketing for e-commerce, campaign creatives, and merchandising
- Ability to manage multiple projects and change priorities effectively.
- Flexible & collaborative attitude, excited about a fast-paced start-up environment.
