PRTR’s IT Team is looking for an experienced Assistant IT Manager to join one of our international clients based in Bangkok. You’ll be expected to oversee the IT Landscape, drive internal projects, maintain and manage the rollout of global corporate standards in Thailand, and ensure the continuous development of growth within IT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing information technology and computer systems.
- Planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
- Designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures.
- Managing the IT staff and outsourcing, coaching the team, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identifying the problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time.
- Auditing systems and assessing their outcomes.
- Preserving assets, information security, and control structures.
- Handling annual budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- Proven working experience as an IT section head or relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- Good command of English.
