**JOB TITLE: S**upervisor - **Commissioning**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ability to execute mechanical commissioning activities and guide Technicians during work execution
- Ability to monitor and maintain rotating equipment in healthy condition (vibration, lubrication level, mechanical seal, gland packing, bearings, etc.).
- Ability to prepare rotating equipment for first start-up and ensure readiness for operation (removal of shipping locks, lubricating oil, alignment, packing installation, greasing, strainers installation, etc.).
- Ability to guide in preservation and maintenance of rotating equipment after equipment commissioning and start-up.
- Ability to assist in performing various activities related to rotating equipment likes lube oil flushing, alignment, lubrication, vibration checks, start-up etc.
- Ability to assist in performing various activities related to static equipment likes proper installation of internals inside the vessels as per drawing & specifications.
- Ability to assist in performing various activities such as mechanical interlock, pipeline pigging activities, spring support hot & cold setting, overhead crane functional and load testing, etc.
- Ability to assist in performing air blowing, flushing, leak testing, flange management, drying & inerting of various piping.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Engineering Degree or Diploma with experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
