- Check documents and Record Accounts on excel.
- Reconciled and Tax submission PND.1,2,3,53,54 and PP.30, Input vat, Output vat.
- Issue Receipt, withholding tax and make payment on the 5th, 15th and 25th of the month.
- Record and Control Cash on hand and bank reconcile.
- Manage Accounting Information and update all bank statements end of month.
- Inventory Report
- Salary, Calculate Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social security fund, Student loan fund.
- Follow up and check document original receipts and tax invoices from suppliers.
- Coordinate with Accounting Firm, Auditors, and Revenue Department, DBD and Social security Office.
- Submit Financial Statement and Shareholder list to DBD e-Filing.
- Other assignments.

- Familiar with Japanese culture
- EN reading and writing in advance (can use translator tool)
