Deliver all business plan KPI for their respective assigned regions and drive total department KPIs - APE (8.5bn), VNB(2.8bn) by 2027, Manpower, Active Ratio and Case size and rate.
Drive Manpower growth in their respective regions and deliver department manpower KPIs from 500 TSRs to 2400 by 2027.
Increasing Insurance penetration across SCBPT to above 90% active Telemarketers.
Assist Head of Telemarketing to execute all Telemarketing productivity transformation strategies with effective field execution plan whilst aligning with company directions.
Ensure business quality - Persistency quality of Telemarketing channel to above 55%.
Develop and implement team development plan to ensure that TSR team will have adequate competency to run business.
Manage, control and monitor team to be high discipline, high quality and align with corporate direction and regulation.
Identify and implement training programs to improve productivity and business quality.
Develop holistic strategies to develop new MDRTs as engines for growth and promote MDRT culture with the SCBPT.
**Baseline Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any fields, master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Business Development, Financial Advisor, Telemarketing, with 2 years in Senior Managerial/Head roles.
Experience in telemarketing/telesales is required.
Experience in sales strategy, manpower management, build the Insurance penetration, team development.
Experience in Insurance industry is preferred.
Good Command in English both verbal and written.
