Saleperson (พนักงานขาย)

Job description
Welcoming and giving information to customers
Recording customer’s information and follow up with customers after sales
Negotiating and closing the sales
Liaise with people outside the organization such as real estate agents.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience working as an sale relate with condo and construction (is advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have a car and motorcycle license
- Good English verbal communication skills.
- Third language is advantage
- Multi task and flexible skills
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary + Commissions negotiable

**Working day**: 5 or 6 days a week negotiable
