A recognized first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

- A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer information systems or a related field is required. Experience in managing and coordinating large-scale supply chain projects in SAP or Oracle is required. Experience in managing teams located in multiple countries and time zones is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, service management, and billing projects is desirable. Hands-on experience in designing complex dashboards is desirable.
- Languages
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations. For the position advertised, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another UN official language is an asset.
