Our client is a global leader in industrial machine manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Accounting Supervisor responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Accounting Supervisor combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Accounting Supervisor duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.
- Responsible for the full range of accounting transactions (A/P, A/R, G/L), balance sheet, BOI, financial statements, and reporting.
- Ensuring all accounting transactions are accurate and and completed in a timely manner.
- Verifying and monitoring daily transactions that are posted to the accounting system.
- Monitoring and controlling fixed asset registration and depreciation.
- Verifying monthly WHT and VAT submissions to the Revenue Department.
- Coordinating with the Auditor to complete yearly audited financial statements.
- Closing month and year-end processes and preparing the financial statements.
- Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances.
- Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of solid accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas) and accounting software (Oracle, ERP).
- Have experience and knowledge in BOI, cost calculations, and the allocation of expenses.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data, and, problem-solving skills.
- A highly motivated self-starter and the ability to work independently and without supervision.
- High energy, strong management, and demonstrated interpersonal /cultural skills.
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate at all levels, including within the customer’s organization (both local and multi-national).
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to work as part of a multi-tasking team.
