**REPORTS TO:Colgate Group Brand Manager**
**LOCATION: Bangkok, Thailand**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead the development of breakthrough Orcal Care pipeline for Colgate brands from opportunity identification through consumer validation and commercialization.**
- ** Leveraging a deep understanding of consumer trend, insights, competitive challenges, and portfolio gap to identify a game changer platform to drive significant growth to the brand**
**Business understand and able to connect the business needs with innovation strategy.**
- ** Lead project management with cross functional project teams including of R&D, Consumer insight, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand Marketing team to execute all the elements of innovation.**
