Run relevant routine meetings, including Therapist team, individual Therapists and inter-department meetings.
- Lead and promote hospitality grooming requirements.
- Development and maintenance of Therapist Handbook (SOP).
- Complete audit procedures as required.
- Monitor and asses services, and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvement accordingly.
- Empower team member to provide excellent customer service.
- Promote a safe working environment for all colleagues.
- Conduct/organise Training for all therapists, which include all modalities and spa etiquette.
- Receive and provide guests with the highest quality and care, in customer service and therapies.
- Respond to inquires, requests, issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, and resolve guests' concerns in collaboration with the Front House Team when required.
- Staff supervision to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee therapy room setup prior to and after treatments and recommend as required.
