**Descripción del Trabajo**
Reparar diversos electrodomésticos que funcionan a gas, electricidad y vapor. Mantener la planta física de la propiedad. Leer, registrar, hacer seguimiento e interpretar lecturas de medidores, contadores y otros dispositivos de medición. Monitorear e inspeccionar el equipo, las válvulas, contadores, etc. de las calderas. Inspeccionar, reparar y mantener el equipo HVAC, equipo de regulación de la calidad del aire y equipo de refrigeración. Probar y aplicar tratamientos en los sistemas de circuito cerrado para facilitar una operación eficiente y evitar la corrosión. Inspeccionar los sistemas de circuito cerrado y abierto de las torres de refrigeración para equilibrar el agua, garantizar la eficacia del sistema y evitar la proliferación biológica. Diagnosticar averías en sistemas, aparatos y componentes eléctricos. Armar, instalar, probar y mantener el cableado, equipo, dispositivos, aparatos y accesorios eléctricos o electrónicos.
