Chinese Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and standards.
- Create engaging and interactive activities to enhance students' language skills, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
- Integrate Chinese culture, traditions, and history into lessons to provide a comprehensive understanding of the language.
- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Teach Chinese language classes to primary school students, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and resources to support different learning styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Monitor and assess student progress through formal and informal assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report on achievements to school administration and parents.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain classroom routines and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Address behavioral issues promptly and effectively, in accordance with school policies.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with developments in Chinese language education and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in school events, cultural activities, and language clubs that promote Chinese language and culture.
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities to enhance their language learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure in Chinese language education.
- Proven experience teaching Chinese at the primary school level.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Strong understanding of child development and primary education pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Pay: ฿17,000.00 - ฿22,000.00 per month
