Requirements:Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience operating in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
- Hands-on experience in Windows server administration
- Provide solution on coming issues, errors and problems.
- Handle queries and solve issues within SLA targets.
- Update service request call records
- Escalate issues.
- Responsible for hardware stock management, both hardware release and hardware return for internal staffs.
