**Role Profile**:
As a Fragrance Associate, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and help them feel welcome
- Sell beauty and skin care products
- Identify client needs and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate products
- Manage stock and presentation of products at the counter
- Collect customers’ data into CRM system
- Support brand team on sales activities
- Knowledgeable of all brand products and company policies

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Interested in skincare and cosmetics products
- Basic communication level in English
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Having makeup skills is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Being a good team player
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality
- Excellent customer service and client centric mindset

**Key Results/ Measures**:

- Retail sales target achievement
- Customer relationship management - maintain and create new customer profile
- Ensure inventory management for individual counter
- Ensure excellent customer service is given to the customers (e.g. product knowledge)

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum Secondary educational level
- Experience in beauty products/ fragrance sales will be an advantage
- Excellent customer service and sales oriented
- Willing to commit to retail operational hours
