A highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to gather business requirements, align them with the company's strategy, and drive the implementation process, including project management. Overall strategy and execution of facilities functions, as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of IT Project initiative and implementation. Gather and analyze business requirements, Drive the initiative to be implemented, leading the team to design and implement the system for supporting the organization s strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business requirements and Align business requirements with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems and ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Ability to lead the team in or out of departmental activities including communication instructions, training, achieving goals, quick turnarounds for tasks requested by senior management, progressive discipline, and performance evaluation.
Show initiative by undertaking self-development activities, seeking increased responsibilities and taking advantage of learning opportunities.
Develop, implement and sustain a supply chain system to ensure on-time in full delivery to our customers with appropriate planning.
Drive the implementation of business initiatives and projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues and obstacles that may arise during project execution.
Communicate project status updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
Developing, supporting, and monitoring departmental objectives towards the goal of achieving the annual Company Operating Plan.
Ability to interpret data and make including appropriate personnel where needed; exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and manage their feedback and input.
Ability to forge positive relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of management and with all departments.
Drive change across the business using data-driven solutions that solve real problems.
Monitor and evaluate project outcomes against established KPIs.
Qualifications.
BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with risk management and quality control processes.
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in IT project implementation.
Experience interfacing with internal and external business partners.
Experience in business process modeling and documentation is a plus.
Experience leading software delivery projects across multiple IT teams from inception to closure.
